Led by our Executive Chef Karl Lee, guest chefs Thong Nguyen and Dat Tien Phan from Sheraton Hanoi Hotel will present an enticing array of Vietnamese specialties at Taste Restaurant. The event will feature a pho station with beef and chicken, a live spring roll station, and an assortment of popular Hanoi street foods.

Vietnamese cuisine is deeply rooted in the Asian principle of the five elements – metal, wood, fire, water, and earth – harmonizing five fundamental tastes: spicy, sour, bitter, salty, and sweet. This balance creates a dining experience that engages the senses through fragrance, flavor, and vibrant color.

Guests can enjoy Taste of Hanoi from August 20 to 23, 2025 for dinner from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Pricing is as follows:

August 20 & 21 - $65 per adult / $39 per child (ages 6-11) August 22 & 23 - $70 per adult / $42 per child (ages 6-11)
