Yona, Guam – LeoPalace Resort is getting ready to open the doors to its newest restaurant,TanganTangan Grill, on June 27. This new dining spot brings a fresh spin on island barbecue, drawing from the spirit of Guam’s land, people, and food traditions.
Named after the fast-growing and sturdy TanganTangan tree, the restaurant pays tribute toGuam’s roots while offering something new for today’s diners. Leading the kitchen is Sous Chef Eddie Chien, whose 33 years of experience and creative flair bring fresh energy to the menu. Guests can expect honest, flavorful dishes crafted with local ingredients and simple, thoughtful techniques.

TanganTangan Grill will open for dinner service beginning June 27, with operating hours from5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday through Sunday. Guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance by calling (671) 300-7225.
