Lobaton, occupational medicine supervisor with U.S. Naval Hospital Guam, receives the 2024 Civilian Nursing Leadership Excellence Award at the Military Health System Awards ceremony April 31 in Cleveland, Ohio, by Dr. Stephen Ferrara, Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs.
