Brig. Gen. Paul R. Birch, 36th Wing commander, briefs leadership on a mapping exercise during an off-site in Saipan on Oct. 13, 2022. The off-site provided leadership with the opportunity to discuss realigning the wing’s mission, vision and priorities as well as tour various historical sites on the island.
