ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam. -- U.S. Air Force Col. Charles Cooley, the 36th Wing commander, passes the guidon to Col. Shaun Parker, incoming commander of the 36th Mission Support Group, at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, July 8, 2025. The 36th MSG provides day-to-day mission support to more than 9,000 military, civilian, dependent and retired personnel and 15 associate units.
