Christopher Kenny, 36th Operation Support Squadron radar airfield weather systems noncommissioned officer in charge, participates in a First Sergeant Symposium at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Oct. 28-31, 2024. The symposium was held to train Technical Sergeants and above on how to be an interim first sergeant.
