“As a Marianas, we need to stick together,” said U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Mike Cruz, adjutant general of the Guam National Guard. “We have the most to lose, more than any other jurisdiction in the United States. What we cannot have is for history to show that we had the most to lose, but we did the least to prepare.”
