Ryan Maas, right, in front of NIWC Pacific Commanding Officer Capt. Patrick McKenna during a change of charge ceremony, July 12, 2024, at Top O’ the Mar on Nimitz Hill, Guam. McKenna thanked Culwell for his service and leadership and welcomed Maas to the NIWC Pacific family.
