Judy joined Raymond James Guam in October 2024, continuing her commitment to delivering personalized and specialized wealth management solutions for the island. Her approach focuses on understanding each client’s unique goals and then developing strategies that balance immediate needs with long-term aspirations.

Judy is a graduate of Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, an international economics honor society. She also holds a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning in Colorado and has achieved the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification.
