Saipan, CNMI – February 22 , 2021 - 500 Sails is offering FREE sailing sessions and canoe rides for the community every Sunday. The "Sunday Sails" Program, launched by Master Navigator Mario Benito last October, puts seasoned sailors and novices together to learn how to sail traditional canoes made of modern materials. 500 Sails is extremely grateful to the Carolinian seafarers who have stepped up to help not only their Chamorro brothers and sisters, but all of the CNMI community in celebrating the beauty of our shared maritime traditions.

Sundays ONGOING 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Guma Sakman

All levels welcome. Young children must be accompanied by an adult.

Bring healthy drinks to share, a water bottle, swim clothes, a towel, and a friend. There is often an informal BBQ, so bring something to share if you like.
