Hafa adai! Creative Indeed, owned and operated by local artist Michelle Pier, is proud to announce its new art studio Grand Opening!

The event will be happening at Acanta Mall, Tumon. It is free entry and open to the public. There will be light refreshments and live music entertainment by the Pacific Cool band, a few artist vendors, and painting giveaway!

The art studio will be offering a variety of services, such as a 12-week art program for middle schoolers called the Creative Canvas Camp, in conjunction with a GEDA grant. The program (begins Sept 1) is now open for registration. Program fee is $300, with 5 full scholarships available by application. Students will have 12 weekly sessions where they will learn what it’s like to be a professional artist, with the space and supplies to create, and the guidance of instructor Michelle Pier. They will learn about the fundamentals of acrylic painting, building a portfolio, managing mindset, creating a budget, as well as marketing and exhibiting. 40 spots available.
