For the fourth consecutive year Dusit Guam properties proudly received the People Experience Award 2023, reflecting their continued dedication to successfully cultivate an environment built on Dusit’s brand values while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests across both Dusit Thani Guam Resort and Dusit Beach Resort Guam.
Leading the individual honors, Marina Guerrero, Cluster Director of Human Resources was named Best HR Professional Leader 2024, celebrating her dedication to fostering an empowering and inclusive workplace. Additionally, Joan Egurrola, Director of Events received the Outstanding Business Contribution Award 2023 for her strategic impact and contribution to business growth within the Guam properties.
