(Tumon, Guam – June 17, 2022) – The Tsubaki Tower announced the official opening of its new Lina’La Club Lounge, an exclusive lounge on the 26th floor with expansive views of Guam and the Pacific Ocean beyond. The new lounge extends premium benefits for guests staying in Club-level rooms and suites throughout the 27-floor resort -- the Camellia Club Room (19th – 26th fl.), Camellia Junior Suite (3rd – 26th fl.), the spacious corner suite, Camellia Suite (20th to 24th fl.), and Royal Camellia Suite (25th fl.). All rooms and suites are designed with spacious and elegant interiors and balconies that overlook Tumon Bay. Club-level guests have all-day and unlimited access to the Lina’La Club Lounge.

Lina’La, meaning “life” or “existence” in Guam’s native language of Chamorro, welcomes Club-status guests to further unwind with premium amenities and services throughout three distinct spaces in the lounge: the Living Room, the Dining Room, and the Library. Each sunlit room offers guests unobstructed views of Guam and the Pacific Ocean by day and unbeatable city views at night. The sunset becomes an extraordinary backdrop for the lounge’s daily cocktails and appetizers.

“This is a space where guests can receive added personalized services and find their favorite spot to relax as we deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences,” said Ken Yanagisawa, The Tsubaki Tower’s General Manager. “We aim to further enhance our guests’ experiences with us and extend opportunities to enjoy the property to its fullest. We opened the lounge to celebrate the return of tourism to Guam and provide a new Guam experience for visitors.”

The Lina’La Club Lounge is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.* Club Lounge status guests receive exclusive and complimentary food and beverage experiences: welcome drinks upon arrival, breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. (currently offered at Casa Oceano), afternoon tea from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., sunset cocktails and appetizers from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., and unlimited coffee and tea all day long. (*Operation hours are subject to change.)

“We invite Guam residents to be the first to experience The Tsubaki Tower in a new way this summer. We have many returning guests who will enjoy our next-level services and amenities found only at the Lina’La Club Lounge,” GM Yanagisawa added.

Reservations can be made on The Tsubaki Tower’s website or by calling 671-969-5200.
