Customers may visit our Upper Tumon and Fadian locations or use our 24/7 online services (paygpa.com, paygwa.com, mobile app) and IVR (auto phone payment) to make payments.
Our Fadian, Mangilao and Upper Tumon locations are open for full service. Fadian, Mangilao location closes at 5 pm, and the Upper Tumon location closes at 6 pm.
