GPA advises the public that all Guam Power Authority and Guam Waterworks Authority Customer Services Centers and Business Offices have resumed regular business hours in our Fadian and Upper Tumon offices. Customers may make payment and submit requests at the following GPA Offices:
Fadian Gloria B. Nelson Public Service Building 688 Route 15 Fadian, Mangilao Mon.-Fri. from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Upper Tumon GPWA Upper Tumon Office 578 North Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning Mon.-Fri. from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm; Sat. 8:00 am – 12 pm
Our Fadian Drive-Thru service is not available at this time due to damages from the typhoon.
Our offices are open for in person payment in Fadian and Upper Tumon offices.
